What is Static Load Testing?

Static Load Testing is a method of applying controlled vertical force to a pile to determine its actual load-bearing capacity. The load is applied incrementally, and both settlement and recovery are precisely measured over time.

  3. Load Application
    Load is applied in predefined increments, typically up to 150% or 200% of the working load. Settlement is recorded at each stage.

  4. Observation & Data Recording
    We continuously monitor and log displacement data during loading, hold periods, and recovery.

  5. Analysis & Reporting
    A full technical report is prepared with graphs, settlement curves, and load-settlement interpretation against allowable limits.
